The house is ecological-economic and features excellent insulation, triple glazing, heat recovery and retention tanks for watering the garden.

Green bricks for design and interiors have been reworked and used from the original toolroom building. Bricks tell the history and beauty of the original building. This way we did not take the bricks to the landfill, but instead they decorate the wall in the interior and in the corridors.

• Insulation of the house - special attention was paid to the insulation of the facade in project Šípková Růženka. The whole house is designed from the currently best available bricks, which meet the requirements for a passive house, which guarantees minimal heat loss.
• Insulating triple glazing -The glazing of windows with insulating triple glazing also helps to minimize heat loss, which further insulates noise and improves thermal comfort in the apartment.
• Heat recovery from ventilation recovery, or controlled air ventilation with heat recovery, ensures a stable supply of fresh air without the need for ventilation and therefore heat loss. Thanks to this, you can save to 50% of heating costs.
• Sorted waste
• Rainwater retention - Reduction of drinking water consumption for watering greenery of the project Šípková Růženka is solved by retaining rainwater in an underground reservoir.

We designed the Šípková Růženka project with an emphasis on ecology, economy and design of the operation of the apartment. We focused not only on the possibility of efficient use of space, but mainly on measures that save the operating costs of the apartment, which are a significant item in the budget.

How are the estimated operating cost at Šípková Růženka?

The estimated price of operating costs in normal mode for a typical City House is CZK 3,500/month, but it always depends on you what you consume. This amount includes heating, hot and cold water, household waste, running costs and internet. This amount does not include a deposit for the apartment's electricity in the amount of 500 to 1,000 CZK/month depending on your consumption.
